He is working towards his GOAL to achieve freedom from seizures with medications or surgery and to help the patients with epilepsy lead healthy & independent lives.

- Dr Neeraj Baheti completed his MBBS from Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Medical College and Hospital, Amravati, Maharashtra.
- After completing MBBS, he did Rotating Internship at Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Medical College and Hospital, Amravati, Maharashtra; District Hospital, Irwin, Amravati, Maharashtra and Rural Hospital, Bhatkuli, District Amravati, Maharashtra in 2000-2001.
- He worked as a Resident Doctor in Department of Anesthesia at Dr. B.Y.L. Nair Hospital & T.N.Medical College, Mumbai from January 2002 to December 2002
- He worked as Resident Doctor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Dr. V.M. Medical College, Solapur, Maharashtra from 2003-2005 and completed MD (Medicine) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur
- After MD (Medicine), he Obtained DNB (Medicine) from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, India in June 2006.
- Meanwhile, while preparing for the entrance examination for admission to DM, he worked at Medical and Surgical ICU, Hiranandani Hospital Powai, Mumbai as Junior Intensivist from March 2006 to December 2006.
- After clearing the All India Level Entrance Examination, he joined the Prestigious Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences & Technology, Kerala; An Institute Of National Importance. He worked at Shree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences & Technology, Kerala as Registrar in the Department of Neurology with eminent national faculties from January 2007 to December 2009 & completed DM Neurology.
- After DM (Neurology), he completed Fellowship in Epilepsy from Sree Chitra Institute of Medical Sciences & Technology, Kerala, in December 2010, one of the few institutes in Asia to offer such kind of training.
- He joined Dr. G.M. Taori Central India Institute Of Medical Sciences (CIIMS) Hospital, Nagpur, Maharashtra in January 2011 as a Consultant Neurologist and Epilepsy Specialist, where he is working and serving the society till date.
